Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces that on 16 May 2016, Zoe Morgan purchased 20,981 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average purchase price of 114.3p.
As announced by the Company on 20 April 2016, Mrs Morgan will be appointed as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 4 July 2016.
Following the purchase, Mrs Morgan will hold 20,981 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.02 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
