DIRECTORS' SHAREHOLDINGS
The Company has today received notification that its non-executive directors have acquired the following interests in its ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Shares"):

(1) The Shares purchased for John Coombe will be registered in the name of his spouse, Gail Coombe.
(2) The Shares purchased for Jacqueline de Rojas will be registered in the name of her spouse, Roger Andrews.
The remuneration of non-executive directors includes fees which are to be used to purchase Shares twice a year. The above Shares were accordingly purchased on the London Stock Exchange on 27 April 2016, at a price of 171.1 pence per Share.
Notification of each of the above transactions is now made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R.
