Clive Whiley, Chairman acquired an interest in additional Mothercare plc shares following the purchase of 929,000 Mothercare plc shares by Zodiac Executive Pension Scheme of which Mr Whiley is the sole beneficiary.
Mark Newton-Jones, Non- Executive Director disposed of 929,000 Mothercare plc shares.
