Walker Obligation under Section 329 of the Companies Act 1985 (as amended) Barratt Developments PLC were informed on the 3rd March, 2006 that on the 3rdMarch, 2006 Mourant & Co. Trustees Limited, as trustee of Barratt DevelopmentsEmployee Benefit Trust ("the Trust"), disposed of 500 Ordinary Shares in theCompany at a price of 1033.0p per share in satisfaction of options made underBarratt Developments Employee Share Option Plan. The Trust is a discretionary trust of which all employees, including executivedirectors, of the Company and its subsidiaries are potential beneficiaries.Each of the executive directors of the Company is, therefore, interested in theshares held in the Trust from time to time in the same way as other employees ofthe Group and ceases to be so interested when the Trust disposes of shares.
