The Company has been notified today that Anna Ewing, a non-executive director of NEX Group plc, acquired 2,500 shares in the Company on 6 February 2018 at a purchase price of USD 8.75 per share (c.£6.29 per share) and 2,500 shares today at a purchase price of USD 8.9894 (c.£6.46 per share). Following these transactions, Anna Ewing has a total interest in 5,000 ordinary shares in the Company.
