The Company announces that Jan Vesseur, Chief Executive Officer of Nature Group today notified the Company that on 22 and 24 March 2017 he purchased an aggregate of 80,000 ordinary shares of 0.2p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 11.43p per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase of Ordinary Shares, Mr Vesseur holds a total of 1,131,400 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.43 per cent. of the voting share capital of the Company.
