NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

The following notification is made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a) of the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.

The Company was notified on 4 February 2016 of the following transactions in ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):

· Stuart Black purchased 71,430 Ordinary Shares at a price of 35 pence per share;

· Sean Birrane purchased 71,430 Ordinary Shares at a price of 35 pence per share;

· Jeremy Simpson purchased 71,430 Ordinary Shares at a price of 35 pence per share; and

· Michael McMahon purchased 71,430 Ordinary Shares a price of 35 pence per share.

Following the above transactions, the total interest held by these individuals in the issued share capital of the Company is:
