Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been notified that Mr Paul Santing, Group Commercial Director, has today exercised options under the Company's LTIP scheme over 1,993 ordinary shares of 0.625p each ("Ordinary Shares") and has also exercised options under the Company's Executive Share Option Scheme over 20,000 Ordinary Shares at 772.00p per share. Mr Santing subsequently sold 19,493 Ordinary Shares at a price of 1020.00p per share.

Following the transaction Mr Santing has an interest in 29,050 Ordinary Shares representing 0.05% of the Company's issued share capital.
