Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons

On 1 August 2012, Betfair Group plc (LSE: BET) (the "Company") granted an award of restricted shares to Breon Corcoran, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. The award vests in thirds on each of the first, second and third anniversaries of the date of grant, subject to continued employment.

The Company announces that on 8 September 2015, the third tranche of the award over 116,667 0.095p Ordinary Shares in the Company vested and were released to Breon Corcoran.

As a result of the above transactions, Breon Corcoran now holds 342,708 0.095p Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.37% of the issued share capital.

The Company was informed of the above transaction on 8 September 2015.

This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
