Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs)
Braveheart was notified today that Vivian Hallam, a director of Braveheart and a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") of the Company, has acquired 10,980 Ordinary Shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 53.30p per share in on-market transactions. Vivian Hallam now holds a total beneficial interest in 1,036,542 Ordinary Shares (equivalent to 2.85 per cent. of the Company's voting rights).
