Wetherspoon (JD) PLC05 April 2007 JD Wetherspoon plc ("the Company") Mr John Hutson, Chief Executive Officer, of JD Wetherspoon plc, today exercised 10,000 options to subscribe to ordinary 2p shares, the exercise consisted of 10,000 options at 237.1p. Mr Hutson immediately sold 10,000 of the company's ordinary shares at a price of 741.5p per share.
