Notification of Interests of Directors
Standard Life plc was advised on 6 November 2015 by Capita Registrars Limited and Capita IRG Trustees Limited, that the following interests in ordinary shares were acquired as a result of elections by Directors to participate in the dividend reinvestment plan ('DRIP'). The shares were purchased as a result of the reinvestment of the 2015 interim dividend of 6.02p per share, as announced on 4 August 2015. The purchase price of the shares was £4.1526 per share.
