Beale plc ('the Company') was notified today that William Tuffy, one of the Company's Non-Executive Directors today acquired 10,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company at a price of 20.5 pence per ordinary share.

Following this acquisition, Mr Tuffy's aggregate shareholding is 10,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.049% of the Company's issued share capital.
