Director/PDMR Shareholding
Telit Communications PLC ("Telit", "the Group", AIM: TCM), announces that the following transactions have taken place:
On 17 October 2018, the Company was notified that Yariv Dafna, Finance Director, bought 25,000 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 164 pence per share. Mr Dafna's resultant beneficial interest in the Company is 55,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.04% of the issued share capital of the Company.
On 17 October 2018, the Company was notified that, Paolo Dal Pino, Executive Chairman, bought 150,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 162.26 pence per share. Mr Dal Pino's resultant beneficial interest in the Company is 205,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.16% of the issued share capital of the Company.
