Director/PDMR Shareholding
Intercede, the leading cybersecurity software company specialising in digital identities, has been notified that the following Executive Director and Non Executive Director purchased shares:
· Klaas van der Leest, Executive Director, a total of 22,450 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 177.82 pence per Ordinary Share; and
· Jacques Tredoux*, Non-Executive Director, a total of 60,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 171 pence per Ordinary Share
Following the purchase, Mr Van der Leest has a shareholding of 1,076,632 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 1.8% of the Company's total voting rights. Mr Tredoux and related parties, have a shareholding of 16,497,860 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 28.2% of the Company's total voting rights.
*J Tredoux is interested in 1,463,216 shares which are registered in the name of Pershing Nominees Limited which is a nominee of Angus Investment Holdings Limited ("Angus"). Angus is controlled by The Woodcock Trust. Mr Tredoux is also interested in 14,974,644 shares indirectly held by The Azalia Trust. Jacques Tredoux and/or his wife and children are members of the class of discretionary beneficiaries of The Woodcock Trust and The Azalia Trust. Mr Tredoux has a direct interest of 60,000 shares in his name.
