Director/PDMR Shareholding

AVEVA Group plc announces that on 8 September 2017 it was notified that on 7 September 2017 the following share option exercises and share sales took place:

James Kidd, Chief Executive Officer

Mr Kidd exercised options of 627 shares following the 2014 award under the AVEVA Group Management Bonus Deferred Share Scheme and retained all 627 shares in his wife's name, settling the National Insurance and Income Tax liability separately.

Mr Kidd exercised options of 116 shares following the 2015 award under the AVEVA Group Management Bonus Deferred Share Scheme and retained all 116 shares in his wife's name, settling the National Insurance and Income Tax liability separately.

Mr Kidd exercised options of 156 shares following the 2016 award under the AVEVA Group Management Bonus Deferred Share Scheme and retained all 156 shares in his wife's name, settling the National Insurance and Income Tax liability separately.

Following this, Mr Kidd owns 18,367 ordinary shares and holds options over 51,091 ordinary shares. 

David Ward, Chief Financial Officer

Mr Ward exercised options of 125 shares following the 2014 award under the AVEVA Group Management Bonus Deferred Share Scheme and retained all 125 shares in his wife's name, settling the National Insurance and Income Tax liability separately.

Following this, Mr Ward owns 680 ordinary shares and holds options over 24,327 ordinary shares. 

David Wheeldon, PDMR

Mr Wheeldon exercised options of 552 ordinary shares following the 2014 award under the AVEVA Group Management Bonus Deferred Share Scheme, and retained all 552 shares, settling the National Insurance and Income Tax liability separately.

Mr Wheeldon exercised options of 99 ordinary shares following the 2015 award under the AVEVA Group Management Bonus Deferred Share Scheme, and retained all 99 shares, settling the National Insurance and Income Tax liability separately.

Mr Wheeldon exercised options of 143 ordinary shares following the 2016 award under the AVEVA Group Management Bonus Deferred Share Scheme, and retained all 143 shares, settling the National Insurance and Income Tax liability separately.

Following this, Mr Wheeldon owns 73,568 ordinary shares and holds options over 35,457 ordinary shares.
