For immediate release 27 April 2006 Mondas Plc ("Mondas" or the "Company") Director's shareholdings The Company has today been informed that, on 26 April 2006, Peter Waller,non-executive chairman, purchased 8,000 Mondas ordinary shares of 10p each("Ordinary Shares"), at 19.5p per share, equivalent to 0.02 per cent. of theissued ordinary share capital of Mondas.
