Albemarle & Bond Holdings PLC26 April 2007 ALBEMARLE & BOND HOLDINGS PLC "the Company" Director Dealing The Company was notified on 25 April 2007 that Mrs A B Nicholls, the wife of Mr G V Nicholls, the Chief Executive and a director of the Company, sold 3,792Ordinary shares of 4p each registered in her name, at 228.5p per share. On the same day the shares were purchased at the same price through theSelf-Invested Personal Pension Scheme of Mr Nicholls administered and registered in the name of James Hay Pension Trustees Limited. Following the above transactions, Mr Nicholls' interest in the share capital ofthe Company remains unchanged at 597,562 Ordinary shares representing 1.27% ofthe Company's total issued share capital.
