Gary Browning, Chief Executive Officer, yesterday informed the Company that he had bought 5,000 shares in the Company at 116.25 pence per share on 10 June 2010.
Following the acquisition of these shares, Gary Browning's beneficial interest in Penna shares will be 27,921 shares, representing approximately 0.1% of the outstanding issued share capital of the Company.
