Informa PLC ("the Company") announces that following the payment of the interim 2016 dividend on 9 September 2016:

· under the Dividend Reinvestment Plan, Anna Carter, Stephen A. Carter's wife, acquired 616 ordinary shares in the Company. Stephen A. Carter holds a total of 66,020 ordinary shares in the Company (400 held by him and 65,620 held by his wife), equalling 0.010% of the issued share capital.

· through participation in the Company's ShareMatch plan ("the Plan"):

The shares were purchased in London at a price of 710.844p per share. The issued share capital of the Company is 648,941,249.
