Aggreko plc has received notification from Nicolas Fournier, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMR) of Aggreko plc, that on 15 December 2015 he purchased 5,000 Ordinary shares of 4 329/395 pence each, at a price of 921 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Fournier's interest in the Ordinary share capital of Aggreko plc is as follows:
