Bonhill Group plc (AIM: BONH), a leading B2B media business specialising in three key areas: Business Information, Events and Data & Analytics, was notified on 27 September 2021, that Simon Stilwell, Chief Executive of the Company, purchased a total of 150,000 shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 9.65 pence per Ordinary Share for 100,000 shares on 24 September 2021 and 10 pence per Ordinary Share for 50,000 shares on 27 September 2021.

Following this transaction, Simon is interested in 3,015,500 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 3.05 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
