Following the clarification from the FSA on 9 January 2009 regarding the grant of security over shares, the Company is issuing this announcement in accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4R(1).
On 13 August 2008, Mr Colin Hood, Chief Operating Officer, entered into a security arrangement in respect of 22,981 ordinary shares of 50p each in the Company. Given the FSA's recent clarification of its view of the obligations to disclose security granted over shares, Mr Hood has formally notified the Company on 23 January 2009 of this grant of security.
