The Company announces that, on 14 January 2016, it received notification that on 14 January 2016, Michael Jankowski, a non-executive director of the Company, transferred 756,969ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") out of Produce Acquisitions, a limited liability partnership of which he owns one third of the membership interests, and into his own name (the "Transfer"). The balance of 1,513,938 Ordinary Shares held by Produce Acquisitions are being transferred to the other owners and the partnership is being dissolved.

Following the Transfer, Mr Jankowski beneficial holding remains unchanged at 757,969 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 2.83 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
