Director's shareholding
Liontrust Asset Management PLC (the "Company") was notified on 19 January 2010 that Nigel Legge, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, has transferred 120,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the company ("Ordinary Shares"), which were held in his own name, to a nominee account. Nigel Legge remains the beneficial owner of these shares and is interested in 868,627 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.58% of the Company's issued share capital.
