NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS

DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

In accordance with DTR 3.1.2R, the Company was informed that on 10 May 2013,Mike Straughen, a director of the Company, transferred 25,000 shares being0.007% of the issued share capital of the Company, by an off-market transactionat nil consideration, to his wife, Mrs Patricia Straughen.

Mrs Straughen is a connected person of Mr Straughen for the purposes of DTR3.1.2R.

Following the transaction, Mrs Straughen holds 75,000 ordinary sharesrepresenting 0.02% of the issued share capital of the Company and Mr Straughenholds 144,788 ordinary shares representing 0.039% of the issued share capitalof the Company, of which 75,750 shares are held directly and 69,038 restrictedshares are held with a beneficial interest only. Mr Straughen also holds 40,000share options.

The Company's issued capital consists of 373,175,384 ordinary shares withvoting rights.
