Northbridge Industrial Services plc, the industrial services and rental company, announces that it has received notification that Judith Aldersey-Williams, Non-Executive Director of the Company, on Friday 18 February purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 175 pence.

Following this transaction Judith Aldersey-Williams' total holding is 20,051 Ordinary Shares which represents 0.07% of the issued share capital of the Company.
