The Directors' other interests in the shares of the Company are unchanged.
Ms S Harries and Mr R Game, PDMRs of the Company, each purchased 138 Ordinary shares, Messrs D J Lanchester, J Peacock and V B Vaghela, PDMRs of the Company, each purchased 136 Ordinary shares, and Mr M D Ovens, a PDMR of the Company, purchased 134 Ordinary shares in the Company today at 184p each under the Company's All Employee Share Ownership Plan ("the AESOP"). Ms S Harries and Mr R Game purchased 69 of their shares as Partnership Shares and 69 shares each were purchased by the Company as Matching shares under the rules of the AESOP. Messrs D J Lanchester, J Peacock and V B Vaghela purchased 68 of their shares as Partnership Shares and 68 shares each were purchased by the Company as Matching shares under the rules of the AESOP. Mr M D Ovens purchased 67 of his shares as Partnership Shares and 67 shares each were purchased by the Company as Matching shares under the rules of the AESOP. All shares were purchased on their behalf by Capita IRG Trustees Limited, the Trustee of the AESOP. The Trustee will hold the Shares in Trust for a minimum period of five years following the date of the purchase. The shares purchased represent less than 0.001 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
