("Hipgnosis" or the "Company")
Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs)
The Company announces that, it has been advised that, certain Directors of the Company have acquired C shares in the Company ("C Shares") under the C Share issue, at a price of 100 pence per share, as announced on 17 October 2019.
Details of the Directors who participated in the C Share issue are as follows:
