The participation of the Directors of Be Heard in the fundraising announced on 9 November, comprising a placing of new ordinary shares together with the issue of convertible loan notes, and their resultant aggregate holdings of Ordinary Shares and percentage interests in the enlarged issued share capital of the Company, following admission of the 168,898,240 new ordinary shares to trading on AIM, are as follows:
