(the 'Company')
Notification of Interests of Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ('PDMR') and connected persons
The Company announces the following changes to the interests of Directors and PDMRs in the Company's ordinary shares of 28.125p each ('Shares').
The Company has been advised that on 19 September 2009 certain Directors and PDMRs have today exercised options held under the 2003 SAYE scheme at 160.0p per share, as set out below. None of the shares exercised have been sold and the resultant number of shares held by the Directors and PDMRs is set out below:
