Director/PDMR Shareholding

Utilitywise plc (AIM:UTW), a leading independent utility cost management consultancy,  has been notified that on 17 February 2016 Middleton Enterprises, a company of which Jeremy Middleton, Non-Executive Director of Utilitywise is a director, sold 272,728 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 175.8 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Sale"). On the same day, Jeremy Middleton and his wife Catherine Middleton purchased 204,546 and 68,182 Ordinary Shares respectively through their separate personal pension plans at a price of 176.2 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchases", together the "Transaction").

Following the Transaction Mr Middleton's holding remains unchanged at 3,287,559 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 4.29 per cent. of the share capital of Utilitywise.
