Pursuant to DTR 3.1.2 R, the Company received notification on 13 May 2008 from Brad Mills, chief executive of Lonmin Plc, that he had on 12 May 2008 purchased in London 10,000 ordinary shares of US$1 each in the Company at a cost of US $67.36 per share for conversion into ADRs.
Following this notification, Mr Mills' total shareholding in the Company is 240,428 shares.
