DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING
The Company wishes to advise that Jonathon Swaine, a PDMR, on Tuesday 8 February, sold 1,000 `A' Ordinary Shares of 40p (`A' Ordinary Shares") each in the Company at £6.10 per share and his wife Maria Swaine sold 3,217 `A' Ordinary Shares in the Company, also at £6.10 per share.
