The Company has been informed by Equiniti Limited, the administrators of the Daily Mail and General Trust 2010 Share Incentive Plan, that it reinvested the interim dividend and acquired A Ordinary Non-Voting shares in the Company on behalf of Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility, under the Plan on 1 July 2016 at a price of £6.015 per share as follows:
