Travis Perkins PLC10 August 2007 TRAVIS PERKINS PLC Director/PDMR Shareholding Travis Perkins plc ("the Company") has been notified of the followingtransactions;- Mr Tim Stevenson, Chairman of the Company, yesterday purchased 1,700 ordinaryshares of 10p each in the Company at a price of 1723p per share. As a result, MrStevenson now has a beneficial interest in 10,900 ordinary shares of 10p each inthe Company, representing less than 0.01% of the issued share capital. Mr Paul Hampden Smith, a Director of the Company, yesterday purchased 2,919ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company at a price of 1703.65p per share andtoday he purchased an additional 1,785 shares at a price of 1670.9p. As aresult, Mr Hampden Smith now has a beneficial interest in 32,459 ordinary sharesof 10p each in the Company, representing less than 0.03% of the issued sharecapital. Mr John Coleman, a non-executive Director of the Company, yesterday purchased1,450 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company at a price of 1763p per share.As he held no previous shares on the Company his beneficial holding is also1,450 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, representing less than 0.01%of the issued share capital. Mr Stephen Carter, a non executive Director of the Company, yesterday purchased1,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company at a price of 1722p per share.As a result, Mr Carter now has a beneficial interest in 2,000 ordinary shares of10p each in the Company, representing less than 0.01% of the issued sharecapital.
