AVEVA Group plc announces that on Thursday, 2nd August 2012 the following share sales took place:

David Wheeldon, Chief Technology Officer and Head of Engineering and Design Systems

Mrs Gaynor Wheeldon, the wife of Mr Wheeldon sold 11,000 shares at a price of £17.84 per share and Mr Wheeldon sold 1,000 shares at a price of £17.84 per share.

Following this, Mr Wheeldon holds options over 70,844 ordinary shares and owns 70,874 ordinary shares.
