DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING
The following information is given in accordance with Article 19.3 of the Market Abuse Regulation and is made on behalf Ulrik Bengtsson a PDMR, in William Hill PLC under article 19.1 of the Market Abuse Regulation ('MAR'). The shares described below were transferred to Ulrik Bengtsson in settlement of his award under the Company's Executive Deferred Share Bonus Plan, which vested in accordance with its terms upon the sanction by the High Court of Justice in England and Wales of the scheme of arrangement in connection with the recommended cash acquisition of the Company by Caesars UK Holdings Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Caesars Entertainment, Inc. on 20 April 2021.
