The Company has been notified that on 27 September 2012, Plastics Capital (Trustee) Limited purchased 5,170 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 68.0 pence per Ordinary Share. Plastics Capital (Trustee) Limited now holds 892,614 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 3.24 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
