Directors' Dealings
Archial Group Plc (AIM: ARL), the architects and design business, was notified on 28 January 2010 that Sir Rodney Walker, non executive Chairman purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at 7 pence per share, on 28 January 2010.
The Group was notified on 28 January 2010 that Chris Littlemore, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 141,400 Ordinary Shares at 7 pence per share, on 28 January 2010.
The Group was also notified on 28 January 2010 that John Taylor, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 141,400 Ordinary Shares at 7 pence per share, on 28 January 2010.
Following these transactions, Sir Rodney Walker's revised total shareholding in Archial, including connected parties, has increased to 4,503,216 Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 1.89 per cent of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company). Chris Littlemore's revised total shareholding in Archial, including connected parties, has increased to 391,186 Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 0.16 per cent of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company). John Taylor's revised total shareholding in Archial, including connected parties, has increased to 289,310 Ordinary Shares (representing approximately 0.12 per cent of the ordinary issued share capital of the Company).
