The Company announces that it has granted options over the Company's ordinary shares of 20 8/11p to Malcolm Le May as a person discharging managerial responsibility in the Company. The options were granted under the Provident Financial Savings Related Share Option Scheme 2013, on 5 October 2021 with a contract start date of 1 December 2021, with an exercise price of £2.84 per ordinary share.
