Croda International PLC10 October 2005 Croda International Plc Croda announces that Abbey National AESOP Trustees Limited acquired on 10October 2005, 8,269 ordinary shares in the company for the purposes of the CrodaInternational Plc Share Incentive Plan at a price of 426p per share. Theseshares will be used to satisfy employees' contributions to the Plan deductedfrom their September pay.
