Charles Stanley Group PLC13 July 2007 Charles Stanley announces that the Trustees of the Charles Stanley ShareIncentive Plan acquired on 13th July 2007, 4799 ordinary shares in the companyfor the participants of the Charles Stanley Share Incentive Plan. The price paidby the participants was £3.5905. These shares will be used to satisfy employees'contributions to the Plan deducted from their June 2007 pay.
