Harry Hyman has informed the Company that yesterday (30 November 2011) he transferred 7,000 shares from his beneficial holding of the Company's shares into his personal pension account at a price of 309.5p per share. His resultant beneficial and non-beneficial interests in the Company's issued share capital are unchanged as a consequence of this transaction.
