Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was notified on 10 May 2018 that Brian Brick, CEO of the Company, and Tony Bennett, Finance Director and Company Secretary of the Company, are intending to participate in an award under the Moss Bros Sharesave Plan 2012 (the "Plan"). At the same time as participating in the new award, Brian Brick and Tony Bennett cancelled their participation in all outstanding awards from prior years under the Plan.
Under the terms of the Plan, Brian Brick will contribute GBP500 per month and Tony Bennett will contribute GBP250 per month over a three year period. As at 1st June 2021 the accumulated funds can then be withdrawn from the Plan as cash or used to exercise options over the Company's shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") which have been granted at 39 pence per Ordinary Share. Assuming full participation in the Plan, Brian Brick and Tony Bennett will have 46,153 and 23,076 options respectively over the Company's Ordinary Shares.
In accordance with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (the Market Abuse Regulation), detailed information about these grants and cancellations are detailed below.
