IndigoVision has been notified that on 1 April 2016 Chris Lea, incoming Chief Financial Officer of the Company (pursuant to the announcement by the Company of 21 March 2016), purchased a total of 5,000 ordinary shares in the capital of IndigoVision at a price of 133.9p per share. These shares, equivalent to 0.07 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital, represent Chris' entire shareholding in IndigoVision.
