Directors' Dealings
The Board of RiverFort Global Opportunities plc today announces that Philip Haydn-Slater, Non-Executive Chairman, has on 20 February and 21 February 2019 purchased a total of 150 million ordinary shares in the Company (the "Shares") pursuant to the terms of his appointment and as announced on 20 December 2018.
On 20 February Mr Haydn-Slater purchased 10 million Shares at 0.95p per Share, and on 21 February, he made a further purchase of 140 million Shares at 1p per Share.
Accordingly, Mr Haydn-Slater now holds a total of 200 million Shares representing a holding of 2.95% of the Company's issued share capital.
This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of EU Regulation 596/2014.
