NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

On 1 August 2012, the Company was notified that Ronald Shashoua, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at £2.90. Following the transactions Mr Shashoua is interested in 138,270 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 0.88% of the issued share capital.
