Hochschild Mining plc ('the Company') announces the purchase of 55,000 Ordinary Shares of 25p each in the Company ('Shares') by Dionisio Romero, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, at a price of £1.05 per Share.
The transaction took place on 24 October 2008 on the London Stock Exchange and was notified to the Company on 27 October 2008.
