SUBSCRIPTION BY GENERALI HOLDING VIENNA AG ON 03 DECEMBER 2008, OF 22,200 NEW SHARES IN THE CONTEXT OF THE BANK´S RIGHT ISSUE.
SUBSCRIPTION BY GENERALI VERSICHERUNG AG ON 03 DECEMBER 2008, OF 312,500 NEW SHARES IN THE CONTEXT OF THE BANK´S RIGHT ISSUE.
